4 Addicting Ways To Preserve Your Youth [plus a giveway]

Here are 4 addicting iPad games that keep your mind sharp as a tack and preserve your youth. Studies have shown that an active mind and regular brain exercise keep you focused and feeling sprite.  Oh and we are giving them all away to those that leave comments.

4 Addicting iPad Games You Don’t Want To Miss

Let’s dive right into the addicting iPad games so you can get hooked.  These 4 games come to us from a great app developer over at Appracatappra.  They worked hard to create these games and did what I would consider a perfect job.  We have 5 FREE copies of each game below to give away so feel free to leave a comment and let me know which game you want and I’ll have them until they run out.

All I ask is that if you love the games, give the developers some love over at the iTunes store with some great ratings/reviews.  It helps them out. And let others know about these games too.

Tumbling Dice

Ever play Dominoes? Well this is dominoes taken to the next level.  Here you are matching three sides of dice played on a very unique hexagonal board.  It’s an easy to learn game that seems to get more challenging as you keep playing it.  The part that makes this game so addicting is how you can keep changing your strategy to try and master it.

Tumbling dice is challenging, configurable and it is also integrated with Game Center!  There are multi-player options, special wildcard dice and great instructions on how to play this domino-like game.

Runaway Straights

Another addicting iPad game.  This one is a play on poker-like games but instead you use a hex board to lay your cards down on and score.  It’s a very interesting twist on card games the people sit and play for hours.

You can lay down runs and straights to score with Aces and Jokers having special meaning.  To get a peek at the game, there are some great screen shots here on their website.

As you will see it’s a great twist on a classic card game but once you play a few times it will draw you right in.

Words and Suits Deluxe

Moving into the highly addictive iPad game category Words and Suits is just plain hard to put down. It is a twist on crosswords and you get to spell words in three different directions on a hex board.  The twist here is that it blends words with suits on cards to also form runs and score even more points.

The great part about this game is that it takes the crossword puzzle and turns it into a new game with even more strategy and addicting play.  Instead of just scoring with words, you are actually scoring with both words *and* cards.

This is also integrated with Game Center and has a dictionary of over 180,000 words.

Hex-n-Spell

And finally we have Hex-n-Spell.  This is an addicting iPad game for times when you want to play a game with someone else.  It’s basically like a crossword but does not have the card suits like Words and Suits Deluxe.

With Hex-n-Spell you are using an over 180,000 word database to do crosswords on a hex board that allows for spelling of words in three different directions.  You can play against the game or with others and it is Game Center compatible so that means you can play against others online as well.

There are even hidden magic word bonuses and tons of user defined options to make it a new game each time you play.

So there are 4 addicting iPad games that you really should not miss out on.  These are not just great because they are addicting but they are actually a perfect way to exercise your mind a little….think of it like aerobics for the brain.  The benefit? You stay sharp as a tack.
