Having been assassinated, it’s up to our hero to travel from object to object, using a sort of soul transference technique. Then, by manipulating objects he can alter the outcomes of other characters’ lives, and in the process, to find out the secret of his own past.

There are three main techniques at the player’s disposal. You can possess objects as mentioned, or locate hidden objects that other characters might need. Also, you can travel from location to location. Thirdly, you can turn back time in four minute chunks to figure out how to solve a puzzle.

The first few chapters’ pace is a little pedestrian, but overall it’s a unique tale with some fantastic garneplay. But, £6.99?
