Zumocast was officially released to the public today! This means you can download the app on your iPad and Computer (PC or Mac) and enjoy these benefits:

We reviewed Zumocast in full here. This is an amazing iPad cloud technology that basically uses your own home computer as the cloud! We have been beta testing Zumocast for over a month and can testify that it’s one of the nicest ways we have ever seen yet on the iPad to access files, music, video, and photos without having to worry about syncing or transferring anything.
Zumocast has an easy to use interface, it takes just a few seconds to set up on your computer and there is nothing to configure on your networking equipment. It really does “just work”.
We here at TCGeeks were even able to stream video over 3G! It wasn’t as fast as WiFi, but it sure worked nice. And music worked over 3G without a hitch.
