iOS 4.3.2 To Fix Several iPad 2 issues

iOS 4.3.2 is right around the corner and the timing could not be better since it is rumored to address and update a few issues iPad 2 owners have been having.  Here are the issues and what it will hopefully address.

iOS 4.3.2 To Fix Several iPad 2 issues

iOS 4.3.2 is rumored to address issues with the iPad 2 in regards to Facetime and Wireless issues with the Verizon iPad 2.  The Boy Genius report has [allegedly] obtained an early copy of the iOS 4.3.2 software update and loaded it on iPhone but did not notice any major changes. However, it was noted in the same article that this update will address fixes for Facetime freezing and another new issue that has cropped up.

The new issue is with the iPad 2 and Verizon.  Apparently, there are several connectivity issues with the Verizon CDMA iPad 2 and Apple has stated that they were looking into the complaints and taking this pretty serious after the forums were packed with people complaining.   AT&T iPad 2 owners do not appear to be having these same issues.

Both of the issues, Facetime Freezing and the Verizon wireless issues do not seem to be affecting every single user – rather it is a small percentage but that is still enough to warrant a response and hopefully a fix in the next few weeks with the iOS 4.3.2 update.

Once I know more about iOS 4.3.2 and any features it introduces I will issue a fully detailed post on what will be included in the update.
