Are you looking for some tablet computer reviews? Maybe you have seen a few here and there but you want to see them all in one place. We have compiled a great set of resources for you so you can see reviews on a few of the main tablet computers.
Tablet Computer Reviews
If you are looking for a tablet computer then you probably want to read some reviews first and find out what others have to say. Opinions of authority sites are good to read but you really need to read a few of them to get a good idea what the general consensus is on the tablet computer you are looking to get.
There are several tablet computers on the market and we already covered a ton of great reviews of the iPad and iPad 2 so if you would like to see that article, click here for the iPad and iPad 2 reviews. For this article, we are going to focus on threetablet computers which are the Motorola Xoom, the Samsung Tab and the Blackberry Playbook. Soon the HP Slate 500 will ship as well and we will add it to the list.
Motorola Xoom
The Xoom is the first Android (Honeycomb) tablet to hit the market. It is a full 10.1-inch tablet that has a lot of flexibility and runs on a 4G LTE network.

There are some reviews that show the pros and cons of the Motorola Xoom. For the most part, the reviews are very favorable but there are a few things the reviewers did not like, and the lack of tablet apps for Honeycomb is one of the main issues. However, there is a universal agreement that the Motorola Xoom is a definite competitor to the iPad and iPad 2.
What do you think? After reading the reviews, do you think this is something that you would buy? Why or why not?
Samsung Galaxy Tab
The Samsung Galaxy Tab was another one of the first tablets to follow the iPad and it is about to go through some changes, but the current model is a 7-inch tablet running the Android Operating System. One of the biggest draws to this tablet is the size. There are a lot of people out there who really like having a smaller tablet that they can fit into their pocket and take with them. On the other hand, there are those that say “that’s what a phone is for”. Here are some reviews so you can draw your own conclusions.

The Tab is a definite iPad and iPad 2 competitor if you want something that is a lot smaller in size but offers a great tablet experience. It has its differences as they all do so make sure you do your homework before making a purchase.
RIM Blackberry Playbook
Officially the Playbook does not go on sale until April 19th, 2011 but a few of the larger sites and reviewers have been able to get one and provide some excellent feedback. The Playbook is shaping up to be a very nice tablet and it will be interesting to see how the enterprise adopts it as Blackberry has always had a strong presence in that market. Here are some initial reviews you can read about the Blackberry Playbook.

After reading all of the reviews, how do you feel these compare to the iPad and iPad 2? They are all excellent tablets that are shaping up an entirely new industry and it’s exciting to see this happen since it was attempted several years ago but did not take off.

Nice article Shane. It will be fun watching (and reading) about all the tablets that make it to market.
Yeah I agree. I did read today, however, that the Motorola Xoom is having a tough time – they have already discounted it as they have only sold a few hundred thousand in a few months…..but I am watching the Playbook very closely and the new Tab’s could be interesting as well since they are introducing a new 10″ model!
