This is a great Father’s Day iPad app that can be used well beyond the Holiday. This app features 250 Weber recipes, plus an additional 40 for rubs, sauces and marinades. Another really cool thing about this app is that you can create a grocery list, save favorite recipes and it has videos built right in for some helpful hints.

This is a pretty good golf game for the price. It is currently priced at $1.99 for Father’s Day but will go back up to $4.99 after the Holiday. It is a 3D golf game for the “casual gamer”. The graphics in this game are very simple with 6 courses and some claim that it is highly addicting to play.

This is a brand new app for any Dad that loves tracking the weather (or anyone else). This is the most expensive weather application I have seen but I have to say it is packed full of features and options. Enough to keep you occupied and learning for hours. You can create your own dashboard, get maps, show charts, statistics, and view trends. This is one Weather app that made me switch from The Weather Channel’s app.

Flick Fishing has been around since the early iPhone. It is a really nice distraction and has realistic graphics. The fun part of this game is how you “cast” by flicking your wrist. The realistic play has 8 fishing spots, baits and tackle, 12 tournaments, and a ton of fish types. This is definitely worth $2.99.

This is an incredible resource for those Dad’s that like cars of all kinds and reviews of them. Each week you get updates about new car reviews, automotive news and original content from Winding Road’s auto-enthusiast editorial team. I am extremely impressed with this app and it’s one I’ll be using all of the time.
